Could you please explan why you have to estimate when i have a smart meter . On April 1st it was estimated April the 6th it was read. Also why has the standing charge doubled ?

William

Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear that your standing charge has doubled. This has probably been done because of the rising costs for suppliers to provide energy. And for your first question I don´t really understand it sorry. Could you specify what you are looking for? Kind regards, Alan Rijnders

Hi There I am your existing client on variable tariff for gas and electricity , i want to move to fixed period , however you have provided me a quote in my on line accounts being more expense than than the Tarriff here above. I would consider for fixed two years if your new tariff for me would be as above ( electricity would be 19.34 p per unit with standing daily costs 24.88p per day, gas would be 3.45p per unit with standing daily costs 26.66p). Other wise , i have to move to a new supplier with cheaper one.
